DO I NEED TO MOVE MY FURNITURE?
No thats ok. Ideally to get the best value for your money, you would have a cleared floor space to get ALL the carpets cleaned. We understand this might not be possible for alot of people who simply dont have the space/ability/time to do this. We can happily work around any objects and furniture you like.

No you don’t! We are more than happy to provide our services even when you are unable to be there yourself. Recently moved out of a rental? No problem we can collect/drop off keys, payment and receipt from you/real estate.
Getting ready for Work and found a fresh spill from the kids, or accident from a pet? Dont have time to wait at home for help to arrive? We are happy to accommodate and get the job done while you get on with your day.
WILL ALL THE STAINS COME OUT?
We do our best to remove every stain, spot and heavy traffic soiling. Unfortunately we cant guarantee that we will remove 100% of all stains and marks. Alot of customers cannot even remember what some marks or stains were caused by, so we cant possible know if they will all come out.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AFTER?
To maintain the cleanliness of your carpets, we suggest regular vacuuming, avoiding the use of powdered additives and sprays.
Avoid wearing footwear inside your home on the carpets as this simply tacks unnecessary dirt and soiling into your carpets.
Most importantly, if you suffer a fresh stain or spill then please contact us to arrange a clean. For best results the substance needs to be treated as soon as possible. Heavy staining like urine and blood etc when left for months/years often cannot be removed.
